Family Session Guidelines
- All money MUST be payed up front at the BEGINNING of the session or no photos will be taken.
- In the event the PHOTOGRAPHER must travel beyond a 20 mile radius of her home, a travel fee of $75.00 will apply.
- The PHOTOGRAPHER is not liable for the photos 20 days after delivery.
- The PHOTOGRAPHER grants the CLIENT permission to share the images on social networking websites and with family and friends as long as the images remain unaltered and textual credit is explicitly given to the PHOTOGRAPHER.
- The CLIENT may not alter, crop, or change the final, delivered images in any way, unless specifically permitted and acknowledged by the PHOTOGRAPHER. This includes Instagram or other social media filters (cropping for social media is permitted if necessary).
